• Purpose: Our Service provides a collection of royalty-free vector graphics available for free download.

• CC0 Public Domain Dedication: All vector graphics on VectorPx are dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication. This means that, according to the CC0 license, you are generally free to:
• Use the images for any purpose, including commercial and non-commercial projects.
• Modify, adapt, and build upon the images.
• Distribute and display the images.
• No attribution is required.
• Specific Restriction:
Notwithstanding the general freedoms granted by the CC0 license, to protect the unique offering of VectorPx and prevent dilution of our curated collection, it is strictly prohibited to upload any of our vector graphics to other stock image sharing websites (e.g., Freepik, Pexels, Unsplash, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, etc.).
• Your Responsibility: While we strive to ensure all content is properly licensed, we do not provide any warranties regarding the legal validity of the CC0 dedication for any specific item. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of any downloaded content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
3. Use of the Service
• Permitted Use: You may use the Service solely for the purpose of Browse, searching, and downloading content in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• CC0 Images: As stated, all downloadable images are under CC0. We do not claim ownership of these images; we merely host and curate them.
5. Advertisements (Google AdSense)

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (India)
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
